How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

What's Not Covered

The following are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Normal wear items: tires, brake pads, brake rotors, chains, sprockets, grips, and cables
  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification
  • Damage from riding outside of intended use (e.g., submersion in water, racing)
  • Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, and fading
  • Damage caused by failure to perform recommended maintenance
  • Third-party installed parts or accessories

The Acorn Motor limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. Coverage includes:

  • Electric motor and drivetrain
  • Battery pack and battery management system (BMS)
  • Electrical wiring and connectors
  • Factory-installed components and accessories

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
