Do you offer replacement parts?

Do I need a license to ride an Acorn Motor bike?
Licensing requirements vary by state and intended use. Off-road use on private property typically does not require a license. Street use may require registration and a motorcycle license. Please check your local regulations.
What safety gear do you recommend?
We strongly recommend a full-face helmet, goggles, gloves, knee and elbow pads, and appropriate riding boots for all riders. For teen riders, additional protective gear is advised.
Is the Teen Series safe for teenagers?
Yes. The Teen Series is specifically designed for riders ages 13–17 with a scaled frame and electronically limited top speed. We recommend adult supervision for new riders.
Shipping & Delivery
Do I need to sign for delivery?
Yes, an adult signature is required upon delivery due to the size and value of the shipment.
What does the warranty cover?
Acorn Motor bikes come with a limited warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, and electrical components. See our full Warranty page for details.
How do I make a warranty claim?

Battery & Charging
Can I charge at a standard home outlet?
Yes. The standard charger plugs into any 110V US household outlet. No special installation required.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is coming soon.
How long does delivery take?

How is the bike shipped?
Your Acorn Motor bike ships fully assembled (or [X]% assembled) in a heavy-duty crate. Some minor assembly may be required — full instructions and tools are included.

Can I ride in the rain or through water?
Our bikes are rated [IP rating] and can handle light rain and mud. We do not recommend submerging the bike or riding through deep water crossings, as this may damage electrical components and void the warranty.
What type of battery does Acorn Motor use?
Acorn Motor bikes use our proprietary CORE battery pack — a lithium-ion battery system designed for high-performance off-road use. The battery is removable and can be charged on or off the bike.
Can I swap the battery?
Yes! The CORE battery is designed for quick swapping. Remove it in seconds to charge indoors, use as a portable power source for camping, or swap for a fully charged pack to extend your ride.
How many charge cycles does the battery last?

What models does Acorn Motor currently offer?
We currently offer two models: the Adult Series — a full-size electric dirt bike for riders 18+ — and the Teen Series, a scaled electric dirt bike for riders ages 13–17. Both come in our signature black and yellow colorway. A Kids Series (electric ride-on toys for ages 3–12) is coming soon.
What is the top speed of your bikes?
